Order Fulfillment GL Entries

If product is a service, no GL entries will be generated.

When an order fulfillment transaction is approved or posted, it generates GL entries. This feature allows authorized users to view the financial statements for each transaction.

If the user has access to the Order Fulfillment GL Entries tab, this is accessible. Otherwise, it is disabled to ensure confidentiality.

GL Entries

In the Debit column, the chart of account is the product's COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) account as specified on the Product Page.

In the Credit column, the chart of account is the product's asset account as specified on the Product Page.
